Delaware author’s Vietnam book got a boost from Henry Kissinger

On a whim, a Delaware military author sent a paper about the 1973 Paris Peace Accords to former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger. Intrigued, Kissinger wanted to meet the author George J. Veith. Veith had no way of knowing then that Kissinger would help him to find a publisher for his book, “Black April: The Fall of South Vietnam 1973-75” (Encounter Books, $19.95).
