Refugee task force set to meet after mayor expresses concerns


 A controversy is brewing in Western Massachusetts, two months after Springfield Mayor Domenic Sarno told the federal government his city was overrun by refugees. Sarno said that Springfield, which has a large cluster of Vietnamese residents, is feeling a strain on city services.
