The owners of a nail salon in Iowa
have agreed to pay fines to settle allegations that they tried to bribe an
inspector who found violations to health regulations two years ago. Tommy Bao
Nguyen and Marie Huynh, who own LA Nails and Spa in Waterloo, Iowa, will pay a
combined $2,000 in penalties.
