San Jose man latest lottery millionaire

            A 56-year-old Vietnamese refugee who
bought a $5 scratch-off lottery ticket on his lunch break has claimed a $3.25
million prize from the California Lottery.

The man, Duc Phan of San Jose, will be paid his earnings over the next 25
years, receiving checks for $2,500 each week.
