Despite public outcry and demands for reconsideration from other nations, Decree 72 in Vietnam is set to take effect on Sunday. The new law will make it illegal for the more than 30 million Vietnamese who use the Internet to spread news articles via their Facebook or Twitter accounts that opposes the government.
