She waited a lifetime! More than 12 years after Kelly Clarkson won the first season of American Idol, the singer performed her memorable finale song again.

Clarkson, 32, dusted off the 2002 hit “A Moment Like This” on Saturday, Dec. 6, crooning the emotional number at the Miss Vietnam competition. The Grammy winner was a guest at the beauty pageant, held at the Vinpearl Phu Quoc Resort in Phu Quoc, Vietnam.
Clarkson took the stage at Miss Vietnam 2014, which was won by Nguyen Cao Ky Duyen, 18. The “Wrapped in Red” singer played to a packed crowd, standing alone in front of a blue-hued oceanic background.
