GLENDALE, Calif. — Glendale Galleria will welcome new tenant 9021Pho, a Vietnamese-French fusion restaurant serving a new blend of cuisine with California flair. Inspired by renowned Chef Kimmy Tang, widely known as a pioneer in Asian fusion cuisine with more than three decades of culinary experience, 9021Pho offers a menu rich in vitamins and antioxidants paired with a balance of flavors. Using a diverse collection of herbs including lemongrass, mint, Vietnamese mint, cilantro and Thai basil leaves, Vietnamese dishes are considered both fresh and healthy meals.

“Traditional Vietnamese cooking is known for its fresh ingredients and healthy eating style. Given how our country is shifting to healthier eating habits, 9021Pho fits perfectly into Glendale Galleria’s dining experience,” said Shoshana Puccia, marketing manager for Glendale Galleria.

Scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2012, 9021Pho will be in the Galleria Front Entrance. A patio and a living garden wall are designed to give customers a relaxed atmosphere, where they can enjoy the menu, a selection of French and California wines, and Asian beers and saki.
