A federal magistrate will rule whether to allow statements Dawn Nguyen made to investigators after the Christmas Eve killings of two firefighters in upstate New York. She is accused of providing the guns to ex-convict William Spengler Jr., who killed himself after shooting four firefighters, injuring the other two. He is also believed to have killed his sister.
