Ten women suspected of prostitution were detained by immigration police in Batam, Indonesia after recent raids, among them are eightVietnamese and two Chinese women. According to Teguh Prayitno, head ofimmigration in Batam, the arrests were made when police raided a boarding house and a nightclub in the downtown city Nagoya of Batam on January 4.
