The wealth of Vietnamese artists is a sensitive topic in the country. Still a review of taxes paid, the pay received for their shows, their businesses and their publicly known fixed assets lead to a good estimate of just which entertainers in Vietnam earn the most money.

Actress Truong Ngoc Anh is rich not solely for her acting income, but because of income from her business and advertising contracts. In 2013, she is the brand ambassador of Oriflame cosmetics, with a contract paying hundreds of thousands of dollars. She also attended many events, with appearance fees bringing in about $5,000 per event, and earned income from other advertising activities.
Truong Ngoc Anh’s largest income comes from real estate and restaurants. She owns land, as well as villas and condominiums, in prime locations in Saigon.
Singer My Tam brings in up to $20,000 per show. Tam also owns a building on Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Road, which has become a fashion center and a café, run by the singer. Singer Dam Vinh Hung owns a villa worth tens of millions in District 10, a penthouse in District 7 and many other real estate holdings, and also markets food products. Dam Vinh Hung’s yearly income is estimated at at least $5 million.

Actress Tang Thanh Ha has advertising contracts worth hundreds of thousands of dollars and owns a number of properties. Currently, she and her husband live in large villa in District 2. Her husband runs a distribution company of about 20 top fashion brands in the world. Ha is also the director of Matchbox Company, in charge of holding events and advertising.

Singer My Le’s primary income does not come from performing but from business. Currently, her family lives in a large house in Tan Binh District of Hanoi. It is also the headquarters of her husband’s company, with more than 1,000 employees. In addition to property and real estate, My Le and her husband own several high-priced cars.
Singer Thu Minh married a foreign billionaire. The couple lives in a rented apartment in the building Kumho in District 1, Hanoi, at a rent rate of about $10,000 per month.

Aside from high performance fees, singer Le Quyen also is the owner of a famous music ba in Saigon – Khong Ten.
Singer Cam Ly and her husband – musician Minh Vy — own the Kim Loi Record Company and do business in other fields. They are known for sustainable richness.
