FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif. — Tamura Elementary School in Fountain Valley was evacuated Monday after a custodian found a Ziploc bag containing a PVC pipe that had caps on the ends.

Police and a bomb squad responded to the scene after being notified by the school at 7:14 a.m. A robot was deployed to inspect the object.
