GARDEN GROVE, Calif. — Three people were taken to the hospital after a vehicle crashed into a restaurant in Garden Grove on Monday.

The crash happened around 3 p.m. at Pho 86 Vietnamese restaurant, located in the 8800 block of Garden Grove Boulevard. Garden Grove Fire responded to the scene.
According to police, the elderly female driver was involved in a minor collision on Garden Grove Boulevard. She panicked and swerved, veering her car into the parking lot and crashing into the building.
