Beau Ciolino, a college aged blogger who grew up in the heart of New Orleans eating the famous Hubig’s hand pies, created 3 versions of his childhood favorite with a twist: a faux pho filling. Highlighting the other very prominent culture of the NOLA denizen, the Vietnamese American, Beau came up with a savory version of the fried treat for the adventurous foodie.
