CSU could slash enrollment by 20,000

            If Proposition 30 fails
in the November election, the California State University system will be forced
to reduce the number of students throughout the campuses by 20,000, officials
said. The application period for Fall 2013 opens on Monday, and students can
apply. But they shouldn’t expect a quick answer. Read the
reporting by Fermin
Leal in The Orange County Register.
