SAN JOSE, CA – Talari Networks, Inc., a leading innovator in network reliability and business continuity solutions, today announced Hien Nguyen as its new VP of Sales. Nguyen joins Talari from NETGEAR and brings a strong background in enterprise sales. Nguyen will be responsible for driving growth of Talari’s customer base, forging new strategic partnerships and expanding the sales force. She will report directly to Talari’s President and CEO Emerick Woods.

Hien Nguyen brings extensive sales experience to Talari Networks. Most recently, she served as VP of America Sales for NETGEAR’s Commercial Business Unit and prior to that she led service provider sales. While at NETGEAR, Nguyen built and led the Americas Service Provider team from the ground up with revenue of $100+ million. Additionally, she led and realigned the sales and channel strategy to elevate NETGEAR into the mid-sized enterprise market in turn increasing profitability significantly and becoming one of the most profitable business units for NETGEAR. Prior to NETGEAR, Nguyen was with Sun Microsystems and NCR Corporation.
