I’m forever amazed by Houston designer Chloe Dao. The only woman I know who can whip up a gorgeous dress in an hour because she needs something to wear to a party – that night.

The Project Runway Season 2 winner with the chic Dao Chloe Dao boutique in Rice Village will show her collection at Fashion Houston presented by Audi at the Wortham Theater tonight (Thursday).
Dao says it’ll be the largest collection she’s ever put on the runway – 38 looks in all. Last year, she showed 28.
