Dozens mark Constitution Day by becoming U.S. citizens

What many of us take for granted – the right to vote for president – is one of the things that excites Sarah Ha Nguyen the most. The Vietnam native is one of about 40 immigrants in Nebraska who took the oath of citizenship, and the college student is looking forward to 2016 and the next election.
