The survivors of a Christmas Eve shooting in upstate New York on Monday came face to face with the woman who is alleged to have provided the gun to their shooter, seeing her for the first time in court.
Dawn Nguyen, 24, was arraigned on a state charge that alleges she lied when she bought a gun. She already has been charged in federal court. She is scheduled back in state court on May 13 and in federal court 10 days later.
