Tram Duong Ngoc Nguyen, 25, of Chicago has been charged with criminal sexual assault for performing oral sex on a sleeping teen at the King Spa in Niles.

This constitutes a Class 1 felony. The incident happened on Saturday in which he entered a meditation room and performed oral sex on the 17-year-old boy until he woke up.
Both Nguyen and the victim were customers of the salon. The victim, a Glenview resident, pushed Nguyen away as a manager called police.
Nguyen was arrested while still in the spa and is held on $75,000 bail. A Class 1 Felony is punishable by four to 15 years in prison. An extended term is punishable by 15 to 30 years, according to the statement.
