Salt Lake City chef Viet Pham, previously featured in Nguoi Viet 2, has given up the day-to-day operation of the restaurant Forage, but he’s still visible on the food scene. He is one of 11 contestants on “Food Network Star,” which made its season debut Sunday on Food Network.
