The old saying is necessity is the mother of invention. And when Im Ja Choi needed a home health aide for her ailing mother, she had trouble finding one near her Philadelphia home who spoke Korean. Two years later, with her circle of friends seeking help for their aging parents, she founded a home-health agency to serve the Korean population. Her company, Penn Asian Senior Services, now serves a sizable number of clients from Korea as well as Viet Nam, China, Cambodia, India and the U.S. Read the story by Stacey Burling from the Philadelphia Inquirer.
