A woman was on a rainy morning walk shortly before 7:30 a.m. when she spotted the body stuck inside a Garden Grove storm drain inside a flood-control channel underneath an overpass on the east side of Ward Street north of McFadden Avenue, police Lt. Ben Stauffer said.
