Mymy Tran has been sponsored by the Rotary Club of Holroyd to attend an elite, 12-day science forum in Perth.

The year 11 student (pictured) from Cerdon College, Merrylands will be among 150 to visit a Perth desalination plant and planetarium during the National Youth Science Forum, which provides senior students with an insight into possible science careers.
Miss Tran’s keen interest in science extends to physics, chemistry and biology though she will be assigned to only one field during the forum.
“My favourite right now is probably physics because it’s very practical,” she said.
