A sex masseuse who promised clients a “happy ending” got quite the opposite herself when a man put a gun to her head, a court has heard.

Vietnamese masseuse Cuc Thi Pham claims she was part-way through giving Michael Alderson, 20, an erotic massage in a Sunshine Coast motel room when the recipient allegedly demanded more.
When Ms Pham refused, Alderson allegedly became angry, shouted abuse and produced an illegal handgun which he held to her face and demanded money.
The trial of Alderson, a labourer charged with attempted armed robbery, was heard in the Maroochydore District Court today.
In his defence, Alderson claimed he had negotiated for oral sex but requested his money back when he saw her placing gloves on her hands, an indication he was going to be masturbated instead.
Alderson told the court he was carrying a 32mm Colt handgun to go shooting in the forest later, but had not pointed it at the complainant’s head.
He said he held it at his side and made no threats, that he had no intention of robbing Ms Pham or hurting anyone that day, and had left without the money.
Ms Pham said she ran a service offering clients a “massage and happy ending” which Crown prosecutor Alex Stark explained to the jury was “masturbating … the client … to the point of ejaculation or orgasm”.
Ms Pham operated out of a room at a motel in Buderim and advertised in the local newspaper.
Her ad under “exotic relaxation” promised a “stunning 22-year-old, kinky toys and clothes” and sometimes displayed a photo of herself in a “sexy dress or bikini”.
The feisty former masseuse, who is now a stay-at-home mum, told the court Alderson phoned her on October 24, 2013, to inquire about the cost of a 30-minute massage, to which she replied $80.
Ms Pham said she answered the door about 15 minutes later and asked Alderson to wait a few minutes while she put on her “sexy dress”.
When she was ready for the client, she invited him inside, taking four $20 notes.
As was her practice, she said she asked Alderson to wash his hands in the bathroom and took the opportunity to hide the money under the sheets on the double bed.
Ms Pham told the court she then requested the client remove his clothes, which he did, before lying on his back on the massage table.
She said she had been erotically massaging him for about five minutes when he started to ask her for oral sex.
“I said, ‘Sorry darling, I don’t do full service’ and he got very angry,” said Ms Pham.
