A group of suspected thieves was nabbed by police in Saigon on Thursday night for allegedly stealing property from visitors at the city’s iconic Nguyen Hue Street Flower market. Following repeated complaints of thefts and phone- and bag-snatching cases at the event, police had tasked undercover officers to hunt for the thieves.
