If you thought Amazon Prime was pretty cool by offering free 2-day delivery, wait till you hear what they have up their sleeve: same day delivery!

That means you could order something from their site in the morning and receive it when you get home from work that night. They are offering this in 14 metro areas around the U.S. including San Francisco, New York City, Los Angeles, Boston and Seattle/Tacoma.
However, only 1 million items are available for same-day delivery, as opposed to the 20 million eligible for standard-issue Prime. To qualify for the perks, orders must be placed before noon and total at least $35.
