Philadelphia Police are asking for help finding the man in this photograph, Tam Le, who is wanted for his involvement in the killing of two men whose bodies were dumped in the Schuylkill River. The case horrified the city last month.
Tam Le (Philadelphia Police Department)

One man survived the attack after being stabbed and dumped in the river; two others — brother Vu and Viet Huynh — both died. Officials said a gang-related “drug nexus” was probably behind the August 27th attack.
NBC 10 reports: “The suspects were holding the brothers — later identified at 28-year-old Viet Huynh and 31-year-old Vu Huynh of Paoli, Pennsylvania — captive after they gambled away $100,000, which they were given to buy drugs, according to reports. … Investigators later found the bodies of the two brothers submerged in the water. Their throats were slit and both were bound with tape and tied to buckets.”
